Note
There
is only one combined download package for Startdrive Basic V15 and
Startdrive Advanced V15. To use the Startdrive Advanced functionality,
no further installation is required, merely the license key.
Startdrive supports Chinese (simplified), English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
SINAMICS Startdrive
Basic can be used free of charge without having to enter a license key.
However, for licensing reasons, you should be in possession of a
SINAMICS Startdrive Basic license certificate (any version). If you do
not have a license, you can order the current SINAMICS Startdrive Basic
version – including the license certificate – as a DVD or you can
download it.

Installation procedure for Startdrive V15
- Download the attached files to a target directory on your hard disk.
- Please ensure that there are no spaces anywhere in the entire path name of this target directory.
- Launch Startdrive by running "Start.exe".
Installation information for the Startdrive V15 Support Package for SINAMICS Firmware V4.7 SP10

you will find a description of how to update the hardware catalog of
your Startdrive (TIA Portal) installation with this download.
The
Support Package for SINAMICS firmware version 4.7 SP10 can only be
installed if Startdrive V15 has already been installed. If Startdrive
V15 is installed again, the Support Package must also be installed
again.
